She is known for her encouraging personality and ability to create a nurturing environment where clients feel seen and inspired. Alice specializes in working with injuries and special populations, crafting customised classes that are safe, fun, and highly effective. Her vibrant energy and precise, intentional techniques help clients improve their overall health and body awareness.

Michelle’s classes are crafted to be intense yet fun, ensuring every movement is executed with purpose for a stronger, more resilient body.
