🛒 Purchase Guide

 Step 1: Download the App

  • Download and open the Be Earth App (available on both iOS and Android)

Step 2: Go to the "Buy" Section

  • Tap the "Buy" icon in the bottom menu bar, then choose the category - Monthly Yoga Unlimited Subscription.

Step 3: Choose Your Plan & Pace

  • Select your preferred package ( 12-month Contract or 6-month Contract).

Step 4: Review Details & Agree to Terms

  • Review and confirm the contract details, payment schedule, and policies. Scroll down to read the Terms and Conditions, then tap "Agree" to proceed.

Step 5: Add Payment & Checkout

  • On the Checkout page, tap "Add payment method" to enter your card details. Once completed, tap the "Buy" button at the bottom.

Step 6: Sign to Confirm

  • Read the autopay authorization, sign your name in the "Sign here" box, and tap "Agree" at the top right to complete your purchase!

MONTHLY SUBSCRIPTION DETAILS 

- This subscription is valid for yoga, barre, and mat Pilates classes. Reformer Pilates is not included.
- Contract length: 6 / 12 months
- Payment: Monthly auto‑pay (charged automatically each month via Mindbody)
- Auto‑renewal: After the initial contract months, the plan automatically renews for successive 6 or 12 month periods
- Cancellation policy (from the 2nd contract period onward)
If you wish to cancel, please notify us at least 2 weeks before the start of the next contract period

TERMS & CONDITIONS

Cancellation Policy:

  • Any cancellation made within 2 hours for Yoga & 4 hours for Reformer of the class start time will be considered a Late Cancel and the corresponding Credits/class count will be deducted.
  • To change to another class on the same day, please process the change via WhatsApp before the original class begins.
  • Late cancellations cannot be waived unless you provide a doctor's note with the lesson day; All other reasons will not be accepted.

Late Arrival:

  • Students who are more than 5 minutes late will not be permitted to enter the classroom, to avoid disrupting other students and the class schedule.
  • Students are advised to arrive at the studio at least 10 minutes early to prepare.

Liability Waiver:

  • Students must sign the Liability Waiver before class.
  • Be Earth reserves the right to cancel any booking without prior notice if the waiver has not been signed.

Class Changes:

  • The class timetable, types, and instructor arrangements are subject to adjustment from time to time based on operational needs.
  • Please regularly check email/SMS notifications and refer to the class schedule on the Be Earth App for the most accurate information.

Payment, Refund, and Transfer

  • All payments (including trial classes and packages) are non-refundable and non-transferable.
  • Strictly Prohibited: Transfer, Loan, or Sharing of Accounts: If a student is found to have transferred, loaned, or shared their account without authorisation, the studio reserves the right to immediately cancel all remaining Credits/classes without refund or further notice.
  • Package Effective Date: The effective date for both trial classes and packages is calculated starting from the day of the first booked class.
