In a world full of screens and schedules, this class is a dedicated time for them to:
Build Strength & Balance: Improve coordination and posture through playful poses. Develop Self-Awareness: Learn breathing techniques to manage big emotions and feel more "grounded." Have Fun & Focus: Channel energy into games, stories, and challenges that build discipline.
Schedule:
Starting from March 10
Every Tuesday 4:15 - 5:15pm with Carrie Pun Every Saturday 9:30 - 10:30 am with Ray M.
Price:
Single Class Drop-in: $360
10-Class Pack: $3200 (3 months validity)
